USE OF ART
All commissions are for non-commercial use only. Contact me for questions regarding commercial use.

You Can,

• Crop, print, or repost the image for easier, non-profit display. 

• Color it yourself if you credit the image properly. State in an easy to find place that you colored it, not me!

You Cannot,

• Sell or use the art for profit, or encourage use by others for their profit.

• Edit the image in such a way that changes the intent or rating.

• None of my art or creations may ever be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include N*F*Ts, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

• Client shall not reproduce and/or otherwise use the Artwork in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the Artwork. Nor shall client sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise the Artwork in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.

MY RIGHTS AS THE ARTIST
I can,

• Post the art in my gallery.

• Use the image as an example for future commissions.

• Remove the image from my gallery or computer without giving notice. Save your commissions so you don't lose them!

• The Artist retains ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise, and to alter the commissioned work to make it more generic for print at the Artist’s discretion. Image rights can be negotiated for an added fee.
